GENERAL INFORMATION
PRIVATE AND SEMI PRIVATE SESSIONS
If you've NEVER taken a Pilates lesson before, we recommend taking AT LEAST 1-3 private lessons first before you jump into a semi-private or group class situation, that way you'll feel confident and know what you're up to with regard to the Pilates choreography/terminology and your specific needs/warm up routine.
Duration of a private and semi private lesson is 55 minutes.
Please arrive on time as this cannot be extended.
GROUP CLASS

Everyone is a beginner in their first couple of Pilate classes. It doesn’t matter what fitness routine you practice; if you have never done Pilates, then you must start at the very beginning.
We therefore recommend that the first-timers join the Beginner group class after a few private sessions. This will give you the time to learn the basic exercises and establish proper form.
Group classes are not suitable in case of recent surgery, injuries and/or serious physical limitations. It is recommended that in these instances clients work exclusively one-to-one.
Duration of the class is 50 minutes.
